NEW GENERATION PRACTICE TESTS for the ADVANCED LEVEL CERTIFICATE IN ENGLISH (ALCE) will enable candidates to become familiar with the new format of all parts of  the examination through eight complete tests, written according to the most recent specifications.   This section focuses on the vocabulary used in educational, occupational, scientific and social domains, all of which are employed extensively in the ALCE.

• GRAMMAR:
  Over 200 additional grammatical items are included, which all reflect the level and style of the examination.

• WRITING:
  Special writing guides assist candidates in the organization of their writing when producing argumentative essays and formal reports, as required by the examination.

• SPEAKING:
  Additional speaking tests are included which aim at increasing candidates' ability to express themselves naturally in personal, educational, professional and public domains.
